*We do not guarantee compatibility with all items or materials you may want to clean with your EKOH dish soap block... If unsure, test a small area first.
We recommend for a great result, you wash in warm water and that you pair with our EKOH Dish Brush or Scrubber or your EKOH Swedish Dishcloth AND that you store the EKOH Dish Soap Block in our EKOH Glass Soap Dish where it can quickly dry out.
- Scrape off or wipe the dishes to remove excess grease and food before washing.
- Wet your brush or cloth and rub on the dish-washing soap block to create suds. (Repeat as needed to refresh suds.) Wash with the dishcloth or brush and rinse well.
- You can also leave your dish soap block in the warm water for about 20 seconds before putting the dishes into the sink, swirl around to get soapy suds, remove, placing in your soap dish and get washing.
- To ensure you optimise the use of your dish soap, store using the EKOH Soap Dish.
Happy kitchen cleaning tips:
- You can also use your Dish Soap Block to clean your sinks in the kitchen or laundry.
- Use it to clean the dirty stove and oven top and countertops surfaces as well*!
- Great for removing labels off jars to reuse your glass jars - apply with the brush and scrub off.
- The packing box can be composted at home or shredded into your worm farm.
- Keep the block out of the water to air dry and don't try and cut it into smaller pieces.
- Our EKOH soap boxes are made from Kraft card that is unbleached and is 100% eco-friendly. The box will degrade naturally within a few weeks, decomposing just like leaves that fall off a tree. It can also be recycled for use in new packaging materials.
- All printing is done using non-toxic inks. We considered things like paper production and printing (number of colours used) when designing our Soap packaging to make it as earth-friendly as possible.
