Where does EKOH ship?
We ship to New Zealand, Australia, the United States, Canada, Singapore and the United Kingdom. International shipping options are available at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary based on your location and order size. Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Do you offer free shipping?
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified of special shipping offers and promotions.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary by location:
- New Zealand: 3-7 business days
- Australia: 7-14 business days
- United States & Canada: 14-21 business days
- United Kingdom: 14-28 business days

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order on our Track Order page or by logging into your account.
What if my order is lost or damaged in transit?
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at support@ekoh-store.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. For lost or damaged items in transit, claims should be filed directly with the carrier.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please contact us immediately at support@ekoh-store.com if you need to change your shipping address. We can only update addresses before the order has been shipped.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, we can ship to PO boxes in most locations. Please ensure your PO box address is entered correctly at checkout.
What are pre-orders?
Pre-orders allow you to reserve products that are currently out of stock or not yet released. Pre-order items will ship as soon as they become available, and estimated shipping dates are provided on the product page.
When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-order shipping dates are listed on the product page. You'll receive an email notification when your pre-order is ready to ship.
Can I combine pre-orders with in-stock items?
Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will ship together once all items are available, unless you request separate shipments.
