Not only does our vegan EKOH Shampoo and Beard Block use compostable packaging, but it also requires less water to produce than traditional shampoos in bottles. One Block is equivalent to 3+ standard plastic bottles of shampoo and conditioner.
Made using plant-based ingredients with the benefits of hydrolyzed wheat protein (derived from wheat germ). Hydrolyzed wheat protein reduces hair's porosity and strengthens it from within, making your hair or beard healthier, shinier, and easier to manage and style. This natural protein increases your hair and beard's ability to receive and retain moisture. It helps reduce breakage and eliminates frizz and tangles too.
Argan oil is hydrating and essentially nature's protective, nourishing superfood for your hair and skin. This formulation & combination makes for a wonderful nourishing shampoo & beard block!

- Use our EKOH Soap Saver Bag or glass soap dish to effectively store and keep your Shampoo Conditioner and Beard Soap Block and keep it dry after use.
- For washing your hair, wet your hair first, then grab your Block and run over the surface of your hair, root to tip a few times. Make sure you rub around your ears and base of the neck, then with your fingertips, lather up, massaging your scalp and rinse well. If needed, repeat.
- For washing your beard or moustache, wet first with warm water. Rub the Block over and under your chin, cheeks and under your nose, lather with your fingertips, giving your chin and cheeks a good rub, then rinse well with warm water.
- Use your soap bar for shaving too, its nourishing and will leave you skin soft and smelling amazing.
- Switching to a Shampoo Conditioner Solid Soap Block for washing your hair may take a few washes to get used to it , persevere - it is worth it!
- Our EKOH Natural shampoo and conditioner soap boxes are made from Kraft card that is unbleached and are 100% eco-friendly.
- The box will degrade naturally within a few weeks, decomposing just like leaves that fall off a tree. It can also be recycled for use in new packaging materials.
- All printing is done using non-toxic inks. We considered things like paper production and printing (number of colours used) when designing our Soap packaging to make it as earth-friendly as possible.
Cetearyl Alcohol ( Plant derived), Honey Bloom Parfum, Hydrolyzed wheat protein (Strengthens & conditions- extracted from wheat germ), Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil (Argean oil), Panthenol (plant-sourced provitamine B5), Tetrasodium Glutamate Diacetate (an amino acid abundant in nature), Coco Glucoside( derived from coconuts).
