The best eco loofah sponge scourer is a perfect natural alternative to your plastic mesh shower puff in the bathroom or plastic cleaning sponges and scrubbers in the kitchen. Our double-sided compostable sponge is great for cleaning in your eco-friendly kitchen or bathroom. EKOH Loofah scrubs are naturally crafted, made from the loofah plant and wood cellulose, and stitched rather than glued.
A super absorbent cellulose sponge and loofah scrubber give you dual-action cleaning.

Why we love our Loofah Sponges:
The set of 2 double-sided loofahs are vegan, made from the luffa vegetable plant and sustainable wood pulp cellulose, 100% plant-based renewable materials. A dish wash scrubber and sponge in one.
We leave out the nasties :
- Zero plastic or metals in our loofah sponges
- Conventional sponges are made from oil-based plastic and are not sustainable.
- No Chemicals or artificial colourants are used in our EKOH Loofah Sponges. Watch out for sponges that promise antibacterial or odour-removing benefits that are loaded with toxic chemicals, including triclosan and antimicrobial agents - a big NO!

- How to care for your natural sponge :
- Always rinse well in warm water, squeeze out extra water, and then air dry after use, ensuring a longer-lasting natural sponge.
- Machine washable - Washing machine or dishwasher safe.
- To sterilise, pop damp in the microwave for 20 seconds or use a soaker and hot water to rinse
- DO NOT Tumble dry
- A perfect all-over body sponge and exfoliating loofah paired with a natural and organic soap or body wash.
- Use to scrub your body and is excellent for your feet too.
- Use one sponge, a perfect eco choice for cleaning the bathroom, washing and cleaning the bath, shower or basin.
- Rinse and squeeze out your sponge to air dry after each use.
- Wash your sponge to keep it hygienic, and we recommend you don't share your loofah between people. Use some HealthyClean Lemon Myrtle Disinfect to kill any germs.
- Using the rough loofah side of the sponge, scrub the grime from counters, stoves, and dishes but it is still gentle enough to not scratch surfaces.
- Our eco sponges foam well, so you can use less washing up liquid or soap and become a bit "greener".
Keep in mind that EKOH sponges are made using natural materials and are hand-stitched, so they may vary slightly in shape and size and can shrink and expand, changing size when wet and dry.

- The wrap is made from an unbleached Kraft card and is 100% eco-friendly. It degrades naturally within a few weeks, decomposing like leaves falling off a tree.
- The packing can be recycled.
- All printing is done using non-toxic inks. We considered paper production and printing (only one colour) when designing our packaging to make it earth-friendly.
- All shipping packaging is plastic free, recyclable, and/or made from recycled content.
