Shipping policy

Shipping on all orders over $75 is FREE in New Zealand. Please note that gift vouchers or discounts do not count towards the $75.


At EKOH, getting you your essential goodies quickly and sustainably is the most important thing we can do once you've pressed that buy button. 


Working with our distribution partners, we ship everything from Christchurch or Waiheke Island as soon as possible (usually the next business day). Everything is sent in recycled boxes craft satchels or eco bags, and our tape is even made of paper! 

 

We do have Stock in our Partner warehouse in the USA, Australia, Canada and Singapore with more countries planned. You may get your stock sent directly from these partners.

 

Note all orders get a tracking number and it may take 2-7 days for this to be allocated for us to share the tracking number with you at a minimum we need your email or mobile number to send your tracking number to you..

 

Please note that during busy periods like major promotions or launches, sale periods and Christmas and New Year, our handling times may increase by a few days as we process all customer orders. We'll do our very best to get your orders out the door as quickly as possible, but please contact us for assistance if you have any concerns or questions.

 

Orders placed in New Zealand (our home country) 

All our orders are tracked and you will be provided with a tracking number - for us to do this at a minimum we need your email or mobile number to send your tracking number to you.

 

Our delivery fees are a flat rate 

All orders are shipped as fast as possible, but the next-day guarantee doesn't apply.


To ensure your order arrives safely and securely, we may request a signature on delivery. If you don't want this option and are happy for our freight service provider to leave your order in a secure location at your address, select the 'Authority to Leave' checkbox on the checkout and leave instructions in the 'Delivery Instructions' box.

 

Note that if you select 'Authority to Leave', you do so at your own risk; we may not be able to help you if your order is misplaced or stolen. We don't advise 'Authority to Leave' as an option, so please select this only if you have a safe and secure location for your order to be left. 

 

Click & Collect

We currently don't offer Click & Collect as a service.

 

International Orders

We offer international shipping with track and trace to the following countries:

We've extended our partnership with Online Distributors for all International Orders. The rates are very competitive, and the shipping fee starts from $18 for our international orders.

To track your order, check your order confirmation email for a tracking number. Please note that we may not ship very large or orders weighing over 25 kg, depending on your country/location. We will contact you as soon as possible if there are any issues with your order.

 

We do not ship any HelathyClean products to Australian customers due to our license agreement. However, if you want to buy this amazing product and live in Aussie, it is sold as SimpyClean in Australia. To buy, visit https://www.simplyclean.com.au.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check the status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven't received your order within 7 working days of the tracking number being sent to you or have not received your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@ekoh-storel.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. allow at least 24 working hrs dor a response.

 

EKOH products stock status information:

  • In-stock - no message will show on the checkout page
  • Limited stock  - message will show  that stock is limited
  • Pre-order -  on its way but only  available  based on the time indicated
  • Sold out - not available - back in stock in 12- 24 weeks

Delivery Terms - updated 04/01/25

  1. We will process all orders within 3-7 working days. Promotional sale periods or site-wide promotions may impact handling times. 
  2. Within New Zealand, your delivery will be received within 2-14 days. In more remote and regional, areas this can take longer. Please allow up to 14 working days to receive an order if you are in a regional location. Tracking numbers will be provided in your shipping confirmation email, and these can be used to track your order. 
  3. International orders are delivered via DHL, NZ Post and eParcel Go Courrier and usually would take between 15 and 30 working days. 
  4. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. EKOHSTORE NZ LTD is not responsible for these charges if applied and is your responsibility as the customer.
  5. Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted with your order. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect.
  6. We do not ship to a PO BOX.
  7. We use only reputable delivery companies; however, we do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party or broadly considered force majeure.
  8. Missing or non-delivered parcels need to be reported to us within 7-14 days. For more information on returns, refunds, and exchange policy, read our Terms & Conditions or if unsure, drop us an email.
  9. Any orders returned to us due to incorrect delivery address or unclaimed through the post office will only be refunded for the product component and not for the postage/ courier costs. You need to contact us to arrange re-delivery for New Zealand within 14 days of dispatch and international orders within 30- 35 days. After which, the refund will be processed automatically, and the product returned to our stock.
  10. Substituting items that are like for like may occur, we will contact you if your items are sold out and offer you a direct alternative. 
  11. **Pre-orders:** You will receive a notification at checkout if you have any items in your cart that are available for pre-order. Additionally, you will get an email with the expected in-stock date for your pre-order items. Please be aware that international shipping challenges can cause these dates to change, and such variations are beyond our control.
